(E) Must be earned solely by an individual and must not be: (i) in excess of 3,315 in the aggregate for the tax year; or (ii) based solely on the aggregate amount earned or realized by an individual for the tax year. (F) The amount of nonemployee compensation included in the nonemployee compensation rate must not exceed 30,000. (G) Must be reported on either Form W-2 or Form W-3 and must be included on Schedule K-1 (for business entities) or Schedule C-EZ (for sole proprietorship and S corporations), for the taxable year of the individual who receives it.
